~2258: Amanda, who I was informed by her Manager, Shane is a new employee in training. Amanda did not inform me that the $*** cash advance was going to be withdrawn from my personal checking account. I look at my account today to find I am $*** short. Shane, apologized for my inconvenience and offered to credit $** late fee on my next bill. Shaking my head in disgust but never got indignant, maintained my professionalism. Thanked Shane and advise discontinuing my AMEX Gold. He said Okay.
