GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-boricua: ive been getting the run around all day. I do not want to talk to a robot I want to talk to a human.Ive been given numbers to call for macys and credit to no avail. My bill is $***.** and I have to pay the full amount so it says. I have been an employee since last year. I have the same card since last year. I paid $** monthly on time last year for my bill. Now why do I have to start paying the full amount? I was not adviced that macys did not give $** anymore when i restarted working there. So either someone lied to me or did feel it was necessary to tell me. Especially when I did my training.
