~MadasHeck: All I have to say is nice way to run a company Kenneth I. Chenault. *I have been waiting for *** days to get my money back for a product I paid for but never got and have tried on a couple of occasions to establish a line of communication with the dispute department but it seems they can do as they please w*o repercussion as no one seems to have their phone number and customer service won't give out their email contact info. *Customer service does not return calls when the promise to either. *My fist encounter I was on hold for a supervisor for ** minutes and was finally told they would call me w*i the hour (* weeks later, still waiting). the second time was around midnight last night and after almost an hour I finally hung up and called back and if I had not been a raging b---- I probably would not have spoken w*a supervisor then either. *All I know is if a resolution is not reached soon (w*i a couple of days) I am going to file complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and the Attorney Gener
