~willywatson: it took * attempts to get the name right..each time she would read back a different name.. i asked for a supervisor and she amazingly got it right... Horrible grasp of English language

~willywatson: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~willywatson: For that I would say five out of five.
