~Anonymous: I have been given the run around almost all day with Greyhound! Jose gave me a phone number that I already tried and was on the phone for over and hour, then transferred to a supervisor. She then informed me that I was speaking to the wrong department!!!

~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Greyhound's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
