GetHuman-leighb1: I have had car problems for the past week and Geico has been very efficient sending me help not in just one situation but in two. The operator who talked to me was kind and considerate and help was immediately available. Geico yup that's my insurance!!!!**

GetHuman-leighb1: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-leighb1: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GEICO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-leighb1: For that I would say two out of five.
