~tsbckb: The lady (I didn't get her name) was one of the NICEST service reps I have ever dealt with, anyhere. MOST helpful and pleasant and she took care of my complaint on the spot. I've always been well treated by DISCOVER CARD customer service folks.

~tsbckb: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
