GetHuman-55119: I live in an area where there are * choices: cable or CL. My apartments don't allow cable. I signed up with CL over a year ago, and it has just been ****. Fraudulent billing, ignoring confirmation numbers that they themselves have given me to confirm a payment, threats to disconnect service becauses they have not credited my payments - the list goes on ad nauseam. I have read on one of the review sites that some customers are launching a class action law suit. If we had one here, I would be in it. Thank you.
