GetHuman-krystan:So Amazon hit my account for $*** for a prime membership and I called and had them cancel and they said they immediately refunded it but after two hours it still had not posted to my account so I called customer service for my card hoping they would help me resolve the situation and get my money back and they won't release my funds. I sat and had to argue with them for an hour. And I mean the most unprofessional rude arguing that a company here in America would not allow, people would get fired and doors would be shut. I had to yell, beg and ask this chick, no joke, ** times before she put me on with a supervisor and then had to argue and yell and fight with this lady for another thirty mins and they just kept telling me they wouldn't help me. They refused to tell me how to contact anyone in charge and lied to me and it was the most unprofessional and frustrating thing I think I've ever gone through and thats saying a lot. I was crying, begging and pleading and even had to resort to yelling and sobbing before she put me on hold to transfer me and then came back on saying "I'm sorry, there is nobody I can transfer you too that can help you at this time" and then she repeated the same spiel I had just heard ** times before and so I stood my ground and told her I know that isn't true and that I was not budging and kept asking to speak with a supervisor. Finally after ** minutes of this she put a supervisor on but this lady just repeated what the Rep had been telling me, she wasn't polite, helpful or even conciliatory in the least they just kept saying Sept **nd and that they could not help me or transfer me to anyone who could even though I am crying at this point telling her that it was all the money I had and that I could not wait until then for my money. It was only a few hour time period from when Amazon charged me and when I called and they refunded the money but Greendot customer service supervisor by the name of "Jay" (a woman) just kept saying Amazon hadn't refunded it yet, that Amazon is lying to me and I shouldn't trust a merchant and they are a financial institution and I was like no you aren't, you are an outsourced call center that refuses to help me. I asked for contact info for the greendot corporation and where they were located and where her office was located and she tried to tell me Cally-fornia and that nobody in her office had any contact info for anyone at the Greendot corporation or for the person that oversees the call center I was speaking with. She then proceeded to tell me she was recording this call and that I was a security threat and hung up on me. I will be posting this review on every website and social media site until somebody contacts me from the actual Greendot corporation or their parent*affiliated companies.
