~Sandy: They changed my number without my authorization. When I request for my old number they could not give it to me whereas they had charged me to keep that number. They kept giving me different ticket and reference numbers. Each time you called them they would give you the same answers. They stopped my service for more than ** days.

~Sandy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
