~damon: Do not under any circumstances use this provider they are a scam. I tried to recharge my prepaid phone plan and it rejected my credit card, I have had this card not work at various establishments and thought little of it. I than used a second card with the same result and while it said the transaction didn't work I decided to check..... Yes both transactions have been debited from my accounts.**No big deal its probably an honest mistake. I contacted the online help desk on two separate occasions, gave them copies of the debits from my bank statements and explained my situation, I was told that they didn't withdraw the money(yes the company name shows on the statement)**I obviously wasn't happy with this and asked for there supervisors contact details which was ignored.**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If your didn't see these poor reviews before getting them for gods sake change provider(I certainly wouldn't set up a direct debit with them)*YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED this company is a scam
