~rustydog: Had problem scanning email attachment to Windows Live ****. After * hours of tech level * support was turned over to Tech level * support later in the day. After two hours of tech level * support was turned over to another tech level * support person who after three hours of friendly help solved the problem. Costco and Brother support was not able to solve it.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Microsoft - Tech Support. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Microsoft - Tech Support problem?
~rustydog: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rustydog: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft - Tech Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rustydog: For that I would say three out of five.
