Go online try upgrading *sorry you already have a pending request.* **th of july: call FIVE of my local vegas stores noonish not one anwsered! Went to the main store * days ago, they STILL had a error. Decided to call from my other cricket phone (***, tech support) again no one avaliable. So tried this number BAM right through too a C.S rep, who doesn't know english and called me ma'am. Once again, ERROR! **** near about to give this poor Rep a ear
