GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CenturyLink customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-409248: They say less than ** seconds - they LIE. Since CenturyLink took over QWest the service is terrible. You cannot get tech support - except via chat which is not available on weekends. Calling puts you on wait - we intend to get rid of them as soon as we can which is a shame because when the service works it is good. Now calls are farmed out to foreign countries - before you could speak to a US tech who understood American English. I have been on phone for ** minutes and have just been told that "Your call is very important to us* we are sorry you have waited so long* your call will be answered in order received and we value your business"!!!!!!

GetHuman-409248: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about CenturyLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-409248: For that I would say two out of five.
