GetHuman:¿Puedes contarnos un poco más al resto de lo que sucedió en 12/01/17?
GetHuman-jetthom:The **** Presidents Day weekend *-day sale (thru Feb **) advertised a **" Samsung TV online for $***.**. I researced it on Sat, Feb ** and put it in my cart. On Sunday Feb ** I added some additional items and tried to check out, but had difficulties. So I signed out and started over, STILL on the WEEKEND SALE, Sunday evening Feb **. The TV was now in my cart at regular price of $***.**!** On Monday Feb **, I called Best Buy customer service, and explained the issue. They verified the sale price for me should have been $***.**. I was told to PURCHASE THE ITEMS ONLINE (TV at regualr price) and gave me a reference number and to CALL BACK in ** hours and speak to the PRIMARY SUPPORT DEPT to process the PRICE ADJUSTMENT. I was informed the PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE WOULD COVER THE $*** DIFFERENCE.**On Feb ** I called the department, and also saw the full (non sale)charge was now on my VISA credit card. Another person gave me an updated reference number and confirmed to me that once my Visa payment was verified my refund of $*** would be processed, and to allow *-* business days .** THE TV was delivered and installed along with the other items (Samsumg soundbar, and Geek Squad install charge) on Feb ** & **th. But still no $*** credit.** I called the Primary Support on ****** to follow up-again! And AGAIN got a new ref ID number and was assured the REFUND DEPT would process the refund and I would be notified by email of the status within ** hours. That time has passed...and I have now been on the phone again today for ONE HOUR, telling the SAME STORY to another person in Primary Support, and getting the SAME RUNAROUND---that the refund dept is declining the price match because the item was not on sale when I purchased it online, on Feb **, as advised by the customer service dept.!** I have requested to speak with a supervisor, who apparently is too busy with other calls to speak with me, as I have been on hold for ** min to get some action!** I am appealing to someone in CUSTOMER SERVICE to settle this for me ASAP because I keep running into the same brick walls with the 'support dept”! I will happily provide all ref *'s and names of ‘support' staff I have dealt with.**And I am kicking this up to CORPORATE, and maybe CONSUMER AFFAIRS OR BBB because this is just an attempt to rip me off and wait me out so I give up! BAD BUSINESS BEST BUY!!!!
