GetHuman-352301: Subscription had automatically renewed * days earlier on an expired credit card. Requested refund b*c child is now *th grade and we haven't used site in yr or more. Service rep seemed like she wasn't going to allow refund citing terms & conditions (which are harsh and completely consumer-unfriendly). However she did process it and said they wouldn't make that exception for me again (fine!). I'm pleased about refund,but hour-long wait for service and condescending attitude were terrible.
