~drj:Penn Dot closed due to flooding- I understand, they don't control the weather. However, my son is scheduled to take his driver's skills test today- I learned through Penn Dot*€*s website that his test was now cancelled due to weather. I called "customer service"- horrendous. She stated, quite rudely, "Mam, none of the offices are closed at this time." I politely read the online announcement that the Riverfront office was closed....to which she sarcastically replied, "Oh, well....uh, Mam, that office is in HARRISBURG."....to which I replied, "yes, that is what I told you, he was scheduled in Harrisburg." She then said I would receive a call if he was cancelled....which I seriously doubt since they are closed. I asked if he now has to wait an additional * weeks.....I am remaining polite and calm. She tells me he will....as if I had * heads and was asking ridiculous questions. I went on to explain that the purpose in my call was to determine if there was anything in place to help reschedu
