GetHuman-tcdiddl:My name is Tammy C. Collins. I have been an employee at Yoplait in Murfreesboro,Tennessee for approx. * months. I am a hiree with Select Staffing Temporary Agency. I am loyal, dedicated, honest, hard worker and I truly enjoy my job and exploring new opportunities for long term employment with the Yoplait company at General Mills. Unfortunately, I am beginning to have unpleasant experiences in the workplace environment. I work in various positions at the company and I am very fast learner and good with my work performances. I am reliable, dependable and always wanting to pursue advancements. I am having experiences with other temporary employees behavior which is very unpleasant, unprofessional. I have addressed issues with the blue hats on my shift and things seem to be to no avail. I have also felt discriminated against with positions that was told would be offered to me as a skilled temp. I observe on a continuous basis favoritism for certain cultural people and it's not equal opportunity given to others. I am a single, ** year old woman whom has a strong desire to achieve and be the best that I can be at what I set forth to accomplish. I just wish that someone would take the time to research what's being done because I am not the only one who has a complaint. There's already been several people who have given their statements to the on-site Select Staffing office at Pillsbury. All I want is to be showed and given respect as in the same manner that I show others and to be treated equally and fair. There are more cultural people that are being given advanced job positions and others are being given the cold shoulder. I was supposed to be offered a skilled position and was told by the shift supervisor that they had me on their list to have the next position, but to no avail. Now, someone else is on the team. So, please allow people to have equal opportunity in their workplace especially when they want to be there and help a companies reputation. Thank you
