Report a problem using OkCupid's app
You can reach the OkCupid Help Center, by selecting the "Help Center" link in the Settings menu under your profile.
Open the OKCupid app and tap on your profile in the bottom right. Next, select "Settings" in the top right, then on the next screen, scroll all the way down and click "Help." Once the Help Center opens, scroll to the bottom and click "Contact Us" and then click "Contact Us" again. On the drop down, select "Contact Us." This will take you to a form where you can choose and describe your issue. Describe your issue in detail and then press "Submit."

Get back into your OkCupid account

Go to help.okcupid.com and look for the tile that says "Contact Us" and click that. Then on the next screen click "Contact Us" again. On the drop down select "Contact Us." The next screen is a form you can fill out. From the drop down select "I'm having issues with my account" and then select "I can't login to my account." Describe your issue and describe any identifying details like your name, age range and any email addresses you may have used. Once you have checked your submission, press "Submit."
Corresponding with a customer service department by email may not be your first choice, especially if your issue is urgent or time-sensitive. But email is a nearly ubiquitous form of communication, and OkCupid will reply our your email.
As a last, sometimes only, resort- OkCupid customer service can be accessed through their website.
