~Ed: Booked two flights needed to cancel the flights. They said it was non-refundable. I asked customer service rep to help me find the statement that talks about non-refundable tickets, but the rep was not able to direct me to the statement. This was not resolved at all.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Kayak. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Kayak problem?
~Ed: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ed: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kayak's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ed: For that I would say four out of five.
